1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ss999 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any part of the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. 3 Account Security & Your Responsibility

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ss999 account login credentials. This includes your username, password, and any security questions or two-factor authentication details associated with your account.

You must not share your account details with anyone else. ss999 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact ss999 support via live chat immediately. We will take reasonable steps to protect your account once notified, but cannot reverse transactions that were completed before notification was received.

• Do not use the same password for ss999 that you use for other online services.
• Do not log in to your ss999 account on shared or public devices without logging out afterwards.
• Do not disclose your login details to family members, friends, or any third party.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & PKR Transactions

All financial transactions on the ss999 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and other supported mobile wallets.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your PKR balance once the payment has been confirmed by the payment provider. ss999 does not charge a fee for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests can be made through your account dashboard. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that you own and have used to deposit on your account. ss999 may require you to complete identity verification before processing your first withdrawal. Processing times vary by VIP tier — standard accounts have a regular processing window, while Gold, Platinum, and Diamond VIP members receive progressively faster processing.

Bonus Funds: Bonus balances are separate from real money balances and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus being forfeited.

• Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited within minutes.
• Bank Transfer and Raast deposits may take longer depending on your bank's processing time.
• Withdrawal requests submitted outside business hours may be queued for the next processing window.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

ss999 offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. These include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, VIP cashback, and limited-time promotional offers tied to specific cricket matches, PSL fixtures, or other sporting events. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited in PKR to your bonus balance and are separate from your real money balance.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawal can be made from funds derived from that bonus.
• Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount or the bonus plus deposit amount as specified in the individual offer terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus not used or wagered through within the stated time frame will be forfeited automatically.
• ss999 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to modify promotional terms with reasonable notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferable between accounts and cannot be exchanged for cash directly.

Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using prohibited betting patterns to reduce risk while meeting wagering requirements, or exploiting a technical error — will have their bonus balance forfeited and may have their account suspended. ss999 makes the final determination on what constitutes bonus abuse.

VIP cashback is credited automatically to qualifying accounts each week in PKR. The cashback percentage increases with your VIP tier. Cashback is credited as real money and does not carry a wagering requirement unless otherwise specified in a particular VIP promotion.

6 Sports Betting Rules

The ss999 sports betting section covers cricket, PSL, international T20 fixtures, Test matches, ODI series, football, esports, and other sporting events as made available on the platform. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on ss999:

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or change a bet after it has been accepted by the system.
• Odds are displayed at the time of bet placement. Odds may change before your bet is confirmed — if odds change materially before confirmation, ss999 will display the new odds for your acceptance.
• In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to ss999's standard void and refund policy for that sport.
• For cricket, if a match is reduced in overs due to weather or other circumstances, bets may be settled on the revised match result unless the match is declared void under the applicable rule.
• In-play bets are subject to a short delay between placement and acceptance. ss999 reserves the right to void in-play bets where a key event (wicket, goal, etc.) occurred during the acceptance delay.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are displayed in the sports betting section of the platform.
• ss999 reserves the right to limit or restrict betting on specific markets, events, or for individual accounts where unusual betting patterns are detected.

PSL and Pakistan international cricket matches receive enhanced coverage on ss999 including pre-match markets, in-play betting, and special markets such as top batsman, man of the match, and series winner. Enhanced odds offered as promotions on these events are subject to the bonus terms in Section 5.

7 Casino & Slot Game Rules

All casino and slot games available on ss999 are operated using certified random number generator (RNG) technology or streamed from live dealer studios. The following rules apply to all casino and slot game play on the platform:

• Game outcomes are determined by the underlying RNG or live dealer process and are final once the game round is complete.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will either complete automatically where possible, or the bet may be returned — depending on the game type and the stage at which the disconnection occurred.

8 VIP Programme

The ss999 VIP programme operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Tier progression is automatic and based on the accumulation of VIP points earned through qualifying wagers across casino, slots, and sports betting. The following conditions apply to the VIP programme:

• VIP points are earned on real money wagers. Bets placed with active bonus funds do not contribute to VIP point accumulation unless otherwise stated.

• Failure to complete identity verification within the required period.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, ss999 may withhold any bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus play.
